Project Data

The four luxury condominium towers in ABP’s Headquarters (HQ) plaza were the crowning piece of the large avant-garde real estate development project by the London-based company of ABP Holding Group. The four towers are all above-market high-end condo units with top floors of ultra-high-end whole-floor units. The four buildings form a fan-shaped arrangement and radiate out from a shared central point with the two office towers, which SAAN also designed. All four buildings are identical in plan and elevation; all reach up to a 100-meter height limit set by the government as a “regular high-rise,” compared to a “super high-rise,” which would require special permitting and design provisions. The four buildings are to become contemporary icons for the ABP brand, classical, lyrical, and full of prestige, discerning buyers united in their belief that high design can elevate city living to an art form.

A 2-level penthouse located on the top levels of all four towers is equipped with edgeless pools and scenery telescopes offering views of Beijing’s Western Hills and the surrounding city. Other amenities include private elevators, a steam room, a hydration station, a 24/7 fitness room with programmed fitness classes, personal training, and a super luxury mall in the opposite skirt buildings of the two office towers.

The basement level of the four towers joins with that of the two office towers. In addition to parking, there is an extended level for disaster prevention and shelter space, which includes added spatial capacity for multifunctional usage for exceptional circumstances.
