Lake of Isles is in a pristine pine forest in Ledyard Connecticut, adjacent to Foxwoods Resort Casino. It features two nationally recognized courses. The clubhouse is home to the popular grill restaurant Matches Tavern, the elegant Pequot Village Ballroom, and an award-winning golf shop.

Our New York office is currently programming and planning the design of a luxury boutique hotel. The land is on a reservation owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, owners of nearby Foxwoods Casino. The design is intended to provide a luxury family experience with a sports theme that complements the existing world-class golf course. The hotel will feature over 300 rooms, 90 ‘bungalows,’ a conference and banquet center, themed restaurants, a lobby bar, a sports bar, an indoor and outdoor pool, 10,000 square feet of luxury shopping, a spa, a professionally managed tennis center featuring 20 courts and a pro-shop, and an equestrian center.
