The ABP’s Headquarters (HQ) plaza in Beijing was developed by the London-based company of ABP Holding Group. It was one of the first new concepts of office park master planned specifically for corporate headquarters that emphasize comfort, luxury, and corporate identity. The ABP Plaza is the center of this office park. We were hired to design the entire building complex for this plaza.

The two office towers are paired together to form a spreading Chinese fan shape, fully engaging the main street. The two towers are separate; each has independent entrances at its front center on the first floor.

The two towers are also joined together on floors one and two to form a retail mall. The entrances and exits into the mall are at both ends of the central arcade. The mall is lined with boutique shops. Near the entrances are larger anchor stores and a small movie theater.

This headquarters plaza serves the entire ABP office park which champions luxury as a marketing strategy, our architectural design adopted a style that combines modern architecture with Western classicism. Our design embraced the use of a natural limestone building base, a white marble round corner collonade, along with circular stainless trims and sunscreen fins to render an image of tradition, innovation, and prestige.
