Bill has decades of experience designing and developing projects in the US, Asia, and Europe. He is an expert in property and financing from project valuation to marketing and cashflow analysis. He has overseen an impressive number of development projects and has been recognized for his thoughtful and resourceful deal structuring techniques. He is strong in project positioning, market prediction, and project risk management. Mr. Brothers is a registered architect in the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

He is also an ANYS licensed real estate broker, a member of the real estate board of NYC, a member of the Association of Builders and Owners, and a member of the National Realty Club. He is active in the National Housing Conference and CIVITAS, as the Chairman of the Zoning Committee.
