Cabarete is a resort town on the Dominican Republic’s northern coast. Cabarete Bay is protected by a coral reef. The calm waters, combined with breezy conditions on beaches like Cabarete and Kite, make it a center for water sports. 

This project, called Miracle Mile Golf Resort at Cabarete Sabaneta, is located along the Atlantic Ocean and occupies three land parcels totaling 177 acres which include a 200-room full-service luxury hotel, 150 timeshare apartments, and over 200 villas on an eighteen-hole golf course. The project is currently in the initial approval stage. There are a variety of housing types, activities, a hotel village, and a golf course along the riverfront.
