This project is a master-planned facility containing a state-of-the-art Communications Center, jail holding cells, an indoor shooting range, and the following divisions within the department:  Municipal Court, Central Records, Victim Services, Property Room, Criminal Investigations, Identification, Patrol, Administration Offices, and staff support, Community Services, Juvenile Division, weight room, and locker rooms.

G+SAAN’s engineering office G&S Engineers provided building engineering services. The architect was Brinkley Sargent Architects, and the construction contractor was Croslin and Associates. Others involved in the design are landscape architects Alexander Boedy Associates; construction manager ASD Consultants Inc.; structural engineer Datum Engineering Inc.; and civil engineering firm Garret/Associates Engineering Inc.
