This was a two-phased project that started with a master plan study of a possible expansion of the class A office tower and concluded with an upgrade and public area renovation of this existing tower. Prominently located at the intersection of Dalla’s North Central Expressway and Loop 12, this 26-story office tower and its associated parking structure were originally built in the early 1980s. Although the tower has been nicely kept, many of its conditions needed an upgrade.
