This project sits next to a mega-hospital in a high-density metropolitan area with a severe parking shortage, hotels, restaurants, and retail. Co-developed by the local government and a private landowner, this project will provide a high-density solution to include parking, hotels, retail, offices, and housing. Using parking garages (a total of 7 floors) as podiums and the green roof of a garden, SAAN designed a vertical courtyard in conjunction with four (4) more gardens on different levels of the multifunctional complex. Residents will have ample green spaces to experience sunlight, fresh air, and nature.




High-density urban blocks have the potential to remedy urban sprawl and optimize land use. SAAN’s vertical courtyard solution will promote a sense of community and social interaction and foster sustainable living environments.



The project’s total GFA is 237,700 SM with a plot ratio of 10.67. It will provide 3,100 parking spaces, 41,400 SM of hotel spaces, 25,700 SM of offices, 9,100 SM of retail, 3,800 SM of recreation space, and 61,100 SM of housing.
